The Overnight Front Office Agent is responsible for reconciling resort cashier transactions, reviewing and compiling management reports, and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
Requirements
- Must adhere to the company’s Service culture
- Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador
- Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Must have thorough knowledge of HMS
- Must be able to stay awake through the overnight shift
- Weekend and holiday availability is required as well as flexibility with work schedule
