Director of Patient Care Services (RN)

We’re hiring a Director of Patient Care Services – a compassionate and experienced clinical leader who oversees hospice care delivery, supports interdisciplinary teams, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Serve as a role model and resource for nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members
• Support staff in problem-solving and determining appropriate clinical interventions
• Collaborate with the Administrator on hiring, orientation, retention, and performance management
• Adhere to budget requirements for labor, pharmacy, DME, and medical supplies
• Coordinate patient care with RN Case Managers and attending physicians
• Review and manage patients receiving higher levels of care (respite, inpatient, continuous care)
• Oversee clinical and management responsibilities for assigned teams
• Serve as liaison between Administrator, clinical staff, patients, families, and community partners
