Simbe Robotics is a leading retail robotics company providing in-store intelligence solutions. The company is seeking a Robot Operations Analyst to own the reliability and performance of its deployed Tally robot fleet.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of technical field operations experience
• Working knowledge of Linux-based systems, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting
• Ability to analyze telemetry data, error logs, and operational metrics
• Experience using AI tools and agents
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
