We are seeking a Sales Enablement Consultant to empower our Sales teams with knowledge and content to close more business, faster. The role will involve collaborating with multiple areas of our Commercial organization to develop and deliver effective content for the sales organization.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Highspot and other sales enablement and content management applications
- Experience working with and supporting sales and commercial colleagues
- Creative mindset for effective design and structure of Highspot strategy
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Office tools
- Effective communication skills
- Critical thinking skills to analyze metrics and provide informed recommendations
- Ability to collaborate across teams
- Advanced English language skills
- Advanced problem-solving skills and a curious mindset
- Client-oriented approach
- Comfortable with using technology, being comfortable with learning new tools
- Ability to write engagement texts, explain difficult ideas
- Advantageous: good working knowledge of investment management including Asset Management, Insurance and Pension firms
- Experience in sales/ working with sales at a fintech
- Previous experience in a sales enablement environment, especially using HighSpot as a content hub
