Sales Training Consultant role at LexisNexis to create and deliver digital learning experiences and sales enablement resources for customer-facing teams in APAC. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales leadership to align enablement initiatives with business priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales trainer, sales enablement specialist, or in a similar learning role.
- Strong ability to design and deliver engaging sales training (virtual, in‐person, or blended).
- Good understanding of sales processes, customer journeys, and consultative selling.
- Able to translate products, solutions, or concepts into practical, easy‐to-apply training.
- Confident working with sales teams and stakeholders at different levels.
- Experience supporting onboarding, upskilling, and ongoing sales capability development.
- Comfortable using learning tools, presentations, and basic reporting or tracking metrics.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, generative AI, automation, and digital workplace tools.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
