Job Description
We are seeking a Senior BDR to drive early-stage pipeline creation and engagement for our cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) services. The ideal candidate has direct experience selling cybersecurity or managed security services and is confident navigating technical conversations with IT, security, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of BDR/SDR experience in enterprise B2B technology
- Experience selling cybersecurity or managed security services (IAM experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of security buyer personas (CISO, Security Engineering, IT Ops)
- Proven success building pipeline through outbound prospecting and multi-channel outreach
- Excellent communication skillsâcomfortable leading discovery calls and early-stage value conversations
- Experience using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft, Outreach, or similar
