Job Description
The Operations Training Manager is responsible for building and leading a team of People Champions, providing leadership and coaching, and driving continuous improvement in the training and qualification process within operations. The role involves managing training programs, developing and deploying training curriculum, and measuring the impact of training through data and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Behavior, Education, Industrial Manufacturing, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Training and Development or 5 years of experience managing people in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present in front of small and large groups
- Influencing without direct authority
- TWI experience is strongly preferred
