Job Description
Simon & Schuster Canada is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Associate to assist with and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, influencer marketing, email marketing and website maintenance. The ideal applicant will possess a strong knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and have a keen eye for content creation and design.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in a publishing environment
- Impeccable time-management skills with the ability to multitask
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions to marketing challenges
- Passion for and understanding of the ever-changing landscape of social media
- Experience planning and executing digital advertising including Meta, Google, Amazon, Pinterest, TikTok, Spotify, Goodreads, etc.
- Proficiency with video, audio and photo editing tools
- Familiarity with website CMS
- Strong copywriting, copy editing, and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Passion for books
