Job Description
The Administrative Coordinator will assist with financial, clerical, and administrative operations of the Flatiron Institute, facilitating the operations and activities of a vigorous research community.
Requirements
- File, create and respond to routine correspondence
- Prepare expense reports via Concur software
- Serve as liaison or main point of contact between staff, visitors and guests
- Manage the initiative’s weekly group meetings
- Assist with meetings and workshops
- Provide administrative support for the Director
