As Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager (CRM), you are responsible for conceiving, implementing, and optimizing our CRM and lifecycle communication across email, push, and in-app touchpoints.
Requirements
- Several years of experience (min. 5 years) in CRM and lifecycle marketing in an app or SaaS environment
- Proven experience in developing and optimizing lifecycle communication with measurable impact
- Strong analytical understanding of funnel, retention, and user behavior
- Good feeling for CRM copy, user psychology, and channel-specific messaging
- Ability to develop and test hypotheses independently
- Clear, professional communication in collaboration with product, growth, and CRM & revops
