Quality Manager

The Quality Manager is responsible for ownership, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System. This role serves as the primary authority for ISO 9001 and UL compliance and provides hands-on leadership across quality assurance, inspection, testing, documentation, supplier quality, and corrective action activities.

Requirements

• Education and/or experience equivalent to a 4-year degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years in a Quality Manager role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems and audit processes.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with direct shop-floor involvement.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills including use of MS Office, and ability to develop efficiency with proprietary Epicor software
• Ability to work and communicate across various departments and positions within the organization
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats
• Ability to identify, through both observation and conversation, key requirements needed to streamline processes
