Join Protolabs as a Quality Manager and establish and maintain quality systems and practices to enable customer satisfaction. As a leader, you will develop a culture of quality and continuous improvement, and work to refine processes and improve product quality. You will also train staff in Lean and quality tools, establish and maintain quality assurance procedures, and coordinate cross-functionally to resolve customer complaints.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering, Science, Statistics, Business or Quality Management
- Strong experience working in manufacturing in a quality role
- Multiple years experience leading cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and AS9100
- Deep and broad understanding of Quality systems and practices and continuous improvement concepts in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to analyze quality and manufacturing data and solve problems using statistical techniques such as SPC or DOE
- Proficiency with problem solving techniques and lean manufacturing
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
- Ability to work across various functions and with various levels of the organization to drive change
