Requirements
- 4–8+ years of Business Analyst / Consulting experience in SaaS or enterprise application transformations
- Proven experience in Agile delivery (Scrum, SAFe, hybrid Agile)
- Strong consulting toolkit: stakeholder management, problem structuring, business case development, and business process re-engineering
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Passion for transformation: excited about AI, automation, low-code platforms, and customer/employee experience redesign
