Job Description
We're looking for a Performance Media Buyer & Creative Strategist who is both data-obsessed and story-driven. You will manage paid ads across Meta and lead the creation and testing of high-performing paid ad creatives.
Requirements
- 4- 5 years running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for DTC/ eCommerce brands
- Strong experience with Ad creative strategy & testing frameworks
- Proven ability to hit ROAS/CAC targets with performance-led creatives
- Strong understanding of ad psychology, funnel strategies, and storytelling
- Comfortable writing hooks, headlines, and ad scripts for TOF/MOF/BOF
- Fluent in English and confident writing performance-driven copy
- Experience working with UGC creators, video editors, or influencer content
- Familiar with ChatGPT, Jasper, or AI tools for ideation and scripting
