Service Technician - Dallas

SimplyHome is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair home maintenance issues in SimplyHome single-family, townhomes, and multi-family residences. The position requires a high level of customer service and a desire to achieve customer satisfaction.

• Excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English.
• Knowledge of management methods and sound employee relations techniques.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele.
• Must have a valid driver license and clean driving record (including toll tags) for the last 5 years.
