Service Technician - San Antonio

SimplyHome is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair home maintenance issues within our SimplyHome single-family, townhomes, and multi-family residences. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and welcoming demeanor, excellent time management skills, and the ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele.

Requirements

• Knowledge of home maintenance tasks (interior and exterior)
• Ability to diagnose complex home maintenance issues
• Reliable transportation
• Property management software experience
• High school graduation or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50lbs and walk up and downstairs
