Simpson Strong-Tie is seeking a Component Manufacturing Implementation & Support Specialist to oversee the consultation, implementation, training and support of their component solutions software. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience in design and engineering, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Manage the customer software implementation process
• Coordinate projects with Design Services and Component Review Services teams
• Act as a liaison between customers and software product and development teams
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support and training
• Collaborate with the sales team
