Training Manager

As a Training Manager at Simpson Strong-Tie, you will lead training and outreach efforts for the Southeast U.S. branch, managing a team, developing initiatives and training programs, and delivering high-quality training to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Develop annual plan for the branch's training department, setting clear priorities and standards
• Lead, motivate, and direct employees using effective performance management techniques
• Act as the training SME to set expectations for how training is designed, delivered, and evaluated
• Work with other branch training departments to share resources and collaborate on larger training projects
