As a Transport Manager- SA/NT, you will lead a team of drivers and support staff, ensuring transport operations run safely, on time, and on budget. You will optimise routes and networks, manage fleet performance, and deliver KPIs while fostering a team culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in transport or logistics leadership
- Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and heavy vehicle compliance
- Experience managing fleet performance and transport KPIs
- Budget and financial management skills
- Confidence with IVMS/GPS systems and transport analytics
- Ability to lead high-performing, inclusive teams
