Job Description
Simulmedia is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Digital Transformation and Business Development leader to modernize their operational backbone for PlayerWON, a gaming ad platform. This role focuses on driving transformation within the core infrastructure, partner onboarding, and campaign execution to support the company's next growth phase.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the gaming industry, particularly F2P monetization models and in-game advertising.
- Experience scaling digital or operational platforms at the intersection of games and media.
- Proven success in leading digital transformation within cross-functional orgs.
- Exceptional skills in workflow design, systems thinking, and stakeholder influence.
- Familiarity with game publisher integrations, ad delivery, and campaign tracking.
