Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in an EUC Engineer or similar IT Infrastructure role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with networking, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), AWS Cloud, and Information Security.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft technologies (Entra, O365, and Intune).
