Job Description
The EUC Engineer will manage device lifecycle activities, administer endpoint management platforms, troubleshoot complex endpoint and workspace-related issues, and implement security controls.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in End-User Computing / Workspace / EUC roles in enterprise or corporate IT environments
- Strong experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM)
- Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy, and endpoint security controls
- Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills
- Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes
