Deliver professional and excellent customer service to support the smooth operation of the Radiology department. Perform frontline duties involving registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering, financial counselling and patient requests or enquires.

Requirements

• Diploma with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in healthcare, hospitality or customer service industry
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
