Senior / Patient Service Associate, Outpatient Clinic Operations

Provide professional and excellent customer service to ensure smooth operations of the clinics, performing frontline duties involving registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering, and assisting nursing and clinical staff on patient-related activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE 'O' / 'N' Level with 2 years' experience
• Previous hospitality, nursing or frontline customer service experience will be advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
