Senior / Patient Service Associate Executive, Pre-Operative & Admitting Services

Sengkang General Hospital Pte Ltd. is seeking a Senior Patient Service Associate Executive for Pre-Operative & Admitting Services. The role involves managing staff, coaching, training, and providing support to ensure smooth operation of admission centers, while also handling service feedback and resolving operational issues. Responsibilities include staffing management, team development, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline with 2 years of frontline customer service experience or GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ Level with 7 years of frontline customer service experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience with SAP system (advantageous)
• Ability to work staggered hours between 8.30am and 6.30pm
• Able to work on weekdays
