Senior / Patient Service Associate, Pre-Operative & Admitting Services

Sengkang General Hospital Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior / Patient Service Associate to join their Pre-Operative & Admitting Services team. The role involves managing admissions, scheduling appointments, financial counseling, and providing pre-operative instructions to patients. Accurate patient record management and participation in quality improvement are also expected.

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ Level with at least 1 year of frontline customer service experience
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Experience with SAP system will be advantageous
• Able to work staggered hours between 8.30am and 6.30pm on weekdays
