Senior / Patient Service Associate, Inpatient Operations

Perform administrative duties, provide customer service to patients, registration and billing, scheduling, financial advice, and assisting with admissions and discharges.

Requirements

• GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline
• 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industry
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
