Senior / Patient Service Associate, Specialist Clinics Operations

Responsible for effecting clinic session changes, managing patient appointments, and providing administrative support. Meet quality standards and achieve department KPIs. Provide excellent customer service and meticulous administrative support.

Requirements

• GCE 'N'/ 'O'/ 'A' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline
• 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industry
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
