Requirements
- 1.5–2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR or outbound sales role in B2B SaaS or tech
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through cold outreach
- Strong phone presence and comfort leading discovery conversations
- Experience qualifying prospects and understanding buyer needs
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, etc.)
- Track record of hitting or exceeding quota
