The Benefits & Ops Specialist is a key member of the HR team, responsible for the day-to-day accuracy and smooth running of people systems, employee data, and core HR processes.
Requirements
- 3â5 years of experience in benefits administration and HR operations
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Handsâon experience working with HRIS and/or benefits administration platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
