Requirements

• Good Law Degree from recognized university and preferably be admitted to the Singapore bar.
• 3-5 years PQE, with experience in SGX listed company secretarial work
• Sound knowledge of legal advice in general corporate advisory work including company and contract law.
• Familiar with regulatory environment in Singapore including Companies Act, Securities and Futures Act, SGX Listing Manual, Code of Corporate Governance, Takeover Code
