Job Description
The IT Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day clinic IT operations, ensuring technology supports patient care and business operations, and supervising internal staff and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 5+ years in IT operations or systems administration, including at least 3 years in management and leadership role.
- Network administration experience required.
- Trained in providing hardware/software support for Microsoft products.
- Experience supporting a regulated environment and handling sensitive data; familiarity with HIPAA privacy/security expectations.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
