People & Culture Advisor (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Advisor to join our team in Amsterdam. As the first point of contact for managers, you will provide advice on complex people-related matters and lead projects such as improvement of incentive plans and performance management. You will also manage sickness absence processes, ensure personnel administration is up to date, and handle monthly payroll with ease.

Requirements

• Proactively providing management advice to department heads and managers
• Leading new projects and ensuring successful execution together with the team
• Managing sickness absence processes: advising both managers and employees as a trusted partner and ensuring accurate administrative handling
• Ensuring personnel administration is up to date and handling monthly payroll with ease
• Analyzing management reports and translating them into reliable and sustainable advice
