We are looking for a People & Culture Advisor to play a key role in making the Netherlands more sustainable. As a People & Culture Advisor, you will advise managers, translate policy into practice, and contribute to an inspiring and forward-looking work culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's level work and thinking skills
• At least 4 years of work experience as an HR advisor or in a comparable role
• Good knowledge of themes such as performance development, absenteeism, remuneration, talent development, and labor law
• Experience in guiding casuistry and advising managers
• Strong communication skills and persuasive power
• Sharp analytical skills and an eye for detail
