People & Culture Consultant

Join NTT DATA as a People & Culture Consultant and lead a team of 2 P&C professionals in the Netherlands. Provide guidance to people managers on HR processes, policies, and practices, and execute cultural transformation and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Advanced subject matter expert in HR
• Leadership experience
• Working proficiency in Dutch language
• Substantial work experience with HR system SAP success factors
• Knowledge and work experience with Dutch pension legislation and the law "Poortwachter"
• Ability to facilitate and guide leaders/people managers on talent development programs, talent reviews, and talent issues
