Head of AI Strategy Center

Flutter, the world’s largest online sports betting and iGaming group, is seeking a Head of AI Strategy Center to lead the definition and execution of the Flutter SEA’s AI Strategy, ensuring it supports business goals and creates tangible value.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in innovation
• Strong Project Management expertise and passion for innovation
• Master’s degree in STEM, Economics, Management, Innovation Design or related fields
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional, and international environments
• Ability to define and lead effective governance models for AI initiatives
• Familiarity with business dynamics, regulatory logic, and peculiarities of typical revenue models
• Understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications
• Strong capability in leading and managing multidisciplinary resources
• Experience in planning, monitoring and delivery of complex projects
• Fluency in english and strong written and verbal communication skills
