Job Description
We are seeking a Store Specialist to join our team in Biella. As a Store Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the issuance and conversion of game tickets, handling cash and winnings, promoting the opening of game accounts, and providing customer support. You will also be responsible for managing VLT and AWP machines, informing customers about new products and promotions, and supporting administrative activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or professional training
- Previous experience in direct contact with the public, sales, and cash handling
- Curious, proactive, and willing to take risks in a dynamic context
- Customer-oriented and strong commercial spirit
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work both in teams and autonomously
- Strong passion for technology, apps, and solid digital skills
