Store Specialist

As a Store Specialist, you will manage the issuance and conversion of game tickets, handle cash and winnings, and promote the opening of gaming accounts. You will also assist customers, inform them about new products, and request necessary documentation for anti-money laundering and anti-corruption procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or professional training course
• Previous experience in direct contact with the public, in sales and cash handling
• Strong passion for technology, apps, and digital skills
• Customer-oriented and strong service and commercial spirit
