Job Description
The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and supporting management with timely financial reports.
Requirements
- Maintain accurate books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management
- Manage VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Support management with financial analysis and MIS reporting
