Job Description
As the primary contact for designated accounts, you will foster strong relationships, understand customer objectives and challenges, and align Sitecore solutions accordingly. You will also identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years' of experience in software sales (full-cycle) or SaaS environment
- Account management/sales experience in an enterprise environment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport and credibility with clients
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
