SitelogIQ is a rapidly growing energy and facility services company looking for an Account Executive to join their West business unit based in the greater Phoenix, AZ area. The role targets the K-12 education market segments with proactive, industry-leading, financial and energy solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of demonstrated experience selling solutions to K-12 or related entities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Sales experience with Facilities, Facility systems, Facility operations, Energy and Utilities a plus
- Knowledge of proactive prospecting at the financial decision-making level
- Understanding of financial statements and operating budgets
- Strong presenter and expert level of MS PowerPoint
- Exceptional writing skills
- Ability to produce a persuasive proposal through writing skills
- Regular in-state travel, typically 2-3 days per week
- Ability to navigate a complex selling environment
