SiteMinder is seeking an experienced Revenue Optimisation Manager to drive revenue outcomes for hotel customers. The role combines leadership, hospitality revenue management expertise, and strategic account management to help hotels maximise their revenue potential through data-driven strategies and technology adoption.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on Revenue Management experience in the Hotel industry
- Proven track record of improving hotel revenue performance metrics (RevPAR growth, market share gains)
- Experience with major hotel PMS systems and revenue management tools
- Deep understanding of hotel distribution landscape including OTAs, GDS, direct booking strategies, and channel management
- Expertise in market segmentation and developing revenue strategies based on different hotel categories
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms). Ability to build and interpret complex financial models and MRR/ARR calculations
- Strong understanding of revenue management concepts including demand forecasting, price elasticity, and competitive set analysis
- Experience managing senior individual contributors as well as frontline team leads and building programs from inception
