Job Description
As Manager, Product Design, you will lead a team of designers and champion user-centered design practices, ensuring the team thinks in systems, not screens. You will design and deliver alongside Engineering on a day-to-day basis and be responsible for setting the standard for modern product design at Sitetracker.
Requirements
- Lead a team of designers
- Design and deliver alongside Engineering
- Champion user-centered design practices
- Ensure the team thinks in systems, not screens
- Map user flows, define interaction patterns, and design information architecture
- Maintain and evolve the design system
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and leadership teams
- Identify and evangelize UX priorities aligned with commercial objectives
- Define solutions that translate user experience into business impact
- Establish leading-indicator metrics
- Make tradeoff decisions that shape what gets built and what does not
- Build and ship code
- Use AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Cursor
- Build and refine AI workflows
- Verify implementations directly
