Serve food and beverage in accordance with established quality and time standards, while maintaining a high awareness of cleanliness in the restaurant.
Requirements
- Provide friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and hospitable service of food and beverage
- Accurately ring in all food and beverage orders in the computer
- Stock and replenish stations as needed
- Assist guests with any questions or concerns about the menu
- Handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Execute proper food delivery, placement, and removal at all tables
- Communicate any questions or issues to the management team in a timely manner
- Perform appropriate opening and closing duties
- Practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
- Participate in any, and all, continuing education courses available to you
