Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or related field
- Demonstrated experience creating instructional videos
- Proficiency with AI content-creation tools
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools
- Ability to simplify complex topics and create learner-centered content
