IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to support our family of brands. This role will work out of our Detroit Lakes, MN location.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills and strong self-motivation
• A genuine enjoyment of helping others and working collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience troubleshooting complex technology issues across diverse software and hardware systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365 applications, Jira or other IT ticketing systems and Remote Desktop support tools
• A 4-year degree in Computer Engineering or similar field with 3-5 years of relevant experience and ITIL v4 Foundation training preferred.
