Polisher in Structural Engineering (m/w/d) sought for the Stuttgart location to oversee construction execution on site. Independent organization and processing of construction sites, coordination and leadership of trade workers, and ensuring timely, quality, and cost-effective execution of construction.
Requirements
- Completed training as a certified Polisher, Workshop Polisher, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in engineering, ideally in a comparable position
- Familiar knowledge of organization and processing of construction sites
- Leadership skills, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
