Requirements

• Completed education in the construction industry, e.g., as a master mason, concrete finisher, or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a Polisher or in a comparable position
• Good knowledge of relevant building regulations and standards
• Leadership and organizational talent, as well as assertiveness
• Reliable, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Class B driving license required
