Job Description
Skanska is looking for a Project Director to lead and develop a team of 6 direct reports, ensure the achievement of contractual requirements, and drive continuity and share best practice with the wider MoD Skanska portfolio.
Requirements
- Track record of success in delivering complex major projects, and long-term service delivery, Hard and Soft FM.
- Knowledge and experience of the commercial and legal structure and ideally PFI / PPP Framework
- Experienced Operations background with at least 3 years’ experience at a senior level managing in managing projects and service delivery
- Educated to Degree level (or equivalent) and likely to hold a further professional qualification to fellowship level
- Holding, having previously held, or able to hold SC security status (initially), and Developed Vetting (subsequently)
- Likely to have experience of the Defence Sector
