Project Director

Skanska is looking for a Project Director - Data Centre to join their team in Slough. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of large-scale commercial projects, working alongside the Skanska JV building construction team, and ensure the delivery of projects to time, commercial performance, governance, and Skanska values.

Requirements

• Actively participate in the implementation of the Skanska Building Services Business Strategy
• Manage commercial and contractual interests of the company
• Contribute to the development and delivery of the operating unit plan
• Lead and develop strategy for enhancing customer base
• Have a strong and experienced engineering background in the MEPH discipline
• Have high level of commercial acumen
• Have implemented and used project controls to oversee successful major project delivery
• Have experience of identifying and implementing continuous improvement
• Have experience of building effective relationships with clients
• Have experience in recruiting and leading large project teams
